For no heating or no hot water we aim for same day, and we hold slots back each morning for emergencies. If we genuinely cannot get to you we will say so on the phone rather than leave you waiting in.
No. There is no callout fee. You pay for the work, and we agree that price with you before anything starts.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. As a rough guide, once a boiler is past twelve years old and the repair is heading toward a few hundred pounds, you are usually better putting that money toward a new one. We will tell you honestly which side of the line you are on.
Yes, every one, and they all carry their card. You are entitled to ask to see it, and you should, with anybody who works on your gas.
We do, and we can arrange access directly with your tenants if that is easier. The certificate is emailed over the same day the check is done.
