How do I book my dog in?
Use the enquiry form further down this page with your dog's name, breed and a contact number, ring 07792 008557, or message us on Facebook — whichever's easiest.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment, or the session is still charged. We've had a lot of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, so we do need to be strict about this to protect our other customers' slots — thanks for understanding.
Do you groom nervous or first-time dogs?
Yes — several of our reviews are from first-ever grooms, with owners saying the team asked plenty of questions and took their time. Let us know when you book if your dog's nervous, new to grooming, or has had a bad experience elsewhere.
What's the ultrasound dental treatment?
A gentle, ultrasound-based clean that breaks down plaque and tartar without anaesthetic or sedation. It can be booked on its own or added onto a full groom — see the dental care section above for more detail.
How much does a groom cost?
